Amazing Service and a Product That Works!

I heard about the Foot Defender through the Wound Care Center at Saint Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, ME. I ordered the boot through the website with some assistance from your customer service. I'm trying to cure a diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) and have tried other shoes and boots before. The Foot Defender has helped, and the DFU is healing. On 9/9/22, the wound measured 4 x 5 x 0.1 cm, and by 10/7/22, it had reduced to 2.8 x 2 x 0.1 cm.
I had a situation where I needed the boot before going on vacation, but my order confirmation said I wouldn't receive it in time. Ajonel shipped a second boot to the hotel I was departing from in Newark on my way to Hawaii. This took a few phone calls and texts, but I got it in time, thanks to the fantastic support from your team.

Saved My Father-in-Law's Trip and His Foot!

My father-in-law, who is 81 and diabetic, was recommended to purchase a Foot Defender boot to protect a slow-healing wound on his foot. The doctor was considering a hard cast, which would have meant canceling his 3-month trip south for the winter since the cast would need to be changed weekly at the doctor’s office. Instead, the surgeon recommended the Foot Defender, which would provide equal protection.
Of course, my father-in-law told me this with only days left before his departure. We ordered the boot and contacted Defender to ask how long the order would take. The Defender team was amazing—not only did they expedite the order, but they also communicated with us every step of the way, providing updates and a tracking number. This put my father-in-law’s nerves at ease, knowing he would be able to make his departure date.
We received the boot in time for his trip and for his follow-up visit to the surgeon, who reviewed the proper fit and adjustments with him. The boot is easy enough for him to put on by himself, and he got acclimated to walking with it very quickly. We’re grateful that this product exists, giving him the freedom to travel, and especially thankful to the Defender Team for the attention they gave our order.

    Yes, always wear your Foot Defender with a sock and/or compression bandage, as instructed by your healthcare provider.

  • WHAT DO I WEAR ON MY OTHER FOOT WHEN I WEAR MY FOOT DEFENDER?

    Wear a running shoe on your other foot. This will help to keep your feet as evenly balanced as possible.

  • CAN I DRIVE WHILE WEARING MY FOOT DEFENDER?
